Shipping and Payment
We are now shipping all orders through UPS. UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes. When placing your order, please provide a street address or work address.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping prices with UPS are based upon where the package is going and how much it weighs. If your merchandise is exceptionally heavy or oversized, please expect to be charged more for shipping.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Sea Shell City accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through secure Email, as well as money orders, certified or personal check (a waiting period is required for the check to clear).
When will my credit card be charged?
Sea Shell City does not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and ready to ship. In the event that your order must be split (i.e., one item is in stock and one is backordered) we only charge for the item that is shipped. Once the balance of your order is ready to be shipped, we will apply charges for the remainder of your order.
Sales Tax:
Sea Shell City collects Michigan Sales Tax only…We do not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Michigan. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.
